Cut the Cost, Cut the Pain Network (3CPNet) is composed of various civil society organizations advocating for the increase in access to drugs and medicines of Filipinos. The network was initially formed in 2002 with the Safe and Affordable Drugs Campaign supported by Oxfam – Great Britain. Since then, 3CPNet has launched virtual conferences, forums and small group discussions which provided venues for discussions of drug pricing related issues in the Philippines. 3CPNet has also engaged in the campaign on Access to Medicines, educating and involving communities in campaign actions directed toward the passage of legislative measures that would reduce medicine prices. To date, the network is continuously working for the advancement of the right to accessible medicines of Filipinos.
